Information and organization—not representation.

These Terms govern use of California Divorce Resources. By creating an account or purchasing a Full Case Pass, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Not a law firm or lawyer

California Divorce Resources provides general legal information and organizational tools. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, attorney-client privilege, strategy, outcome predictions, or a determination of your legal rights.

Your responsibility to verify

Court rules, forms, local procedures, deadlines, and your case can change. Filed documents, signed court orders, current statutes/rules, and official court instructions control. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.

AI and automated tools

AI explanations, document analysis, calculated reminders, checklists, and roadmaps can be incomplete or wrong. They are organizational aids and are not a substitute for review by a court self-help center or qualified attorney when individualized advice is needed.

Full Case Pass

The Full Case Pass is a one-time license for the purchasing account to use the included premium features for its supported case workflow. It is not a subscription and may not be resold, shared, or used to provide services to unrelated third parties.

Account security and private workspace

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Private case-workspace information is not intended to be reviewed through ordinary administrative operations. Do not intentionally upload unlawful material or another person's sensitive information unless you are authorized to use it for your own matter.

Availability and changes

Features, forms, and integrations may be corrected, updated, suspended, or changed as laws, court processes, and technology change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Limited premium-use records may be reviewed when evaluating whether an account was used.

Limitation of service

The product is offered as a self-help information and organization service. It does not guarantee a court result, acceptance of a filing, legal sufficiency, or that a particular workflow fits every case.

These Terms describe the product's current operating boundaries. Because laws, court procedures, and product features can change, they should be reviewed periodically and updated when needed.
